Women's Roundnet

Women’s Roundnet aims to be inclusive and intentional about growing the women’s side of the sport of roundnet on both the local and global level.

Pool Play & Seeding

  • Points from a previous season would be worth 25% of their value in the following season. Points last for one season after they are earned. For example points earned in the 2021 season would be worth 25% in 2022 season.

    • Individual players receive 50% of the team points.
    • Seeding takes the sum of top 3 individual points from 2021 season (25% original value) or 2022 season (100%).
  • We will organize the women's division based on skill level and number of registrations in a way to get the most competitive and evenly matched games whether you're a pro or new to the scene.
  • If skill levels are combined, you play at the skill level you sign up for:
    • When Adv. plays Adv. - Advanced rules
    • When Adv. plays Int. - Intermediate rules
    • When Int. plays Int. - Intermediate rules

  • Teams are seeded based on results from pool play - losses (low to high), point differential ratio (high to low)
  • Bracket is single elimination, best of 3 matches, games to 15 or 21.

In 2022, we want to equalize the Men's and Women's prizes and increase those prizes. This makes earning Spikeball Elite a true 'Elite 8.' The top 4 Men's & Women's teams based on the sum of top 4 team points from the 2022 season (at 100%) will earn Elite.

Each team wins: $500 to Spikeball.com, $500 VII Apparel Team Package (Elite swag + jerseys), $1,500 Travel Stipend, Custom Spikeball Holiday Apparel, Free registration to all Spikeball Events in 2023, New sets released in 2023.
