How to Qualify
Grand Slam Tournaments with at least 16 registered Premier teams will use the Pro Division format. In this format, the top 8 teams according to cumulative points will be eligible for the Pro Division.
Grand Slam Pro Division Format
Format
Pool Play:
- 2 Pools of 4
- Snake seeding based on cumulative season points
- Pool A: 1, 4, 5, 8
- Pool B: 2, 3, 6, 7
- Best of 3 to 21, cap at 30
Seeding:
- Match Wins
- Head to Head Wins
- Game Won Percentage
- Point Won Percentage
Every time a tie is broken we would go back to the top of the criteria to re-evaluate teams still tied. If there's a three way tie and we can't use head to head, it would then go to game win percentage. If that leaves two teams tied we'd go back to the top and look at their head to head results.
